The blue sky farmer work will alongside the team in farm day-to-day operation saving gracies and concerted varied vegetable farm and the farmer will provide the fruit and vegetable to blue sky ranch and lodge restaurants and events in catering services. The farm is also in the space in which the guests of the lodge will share experiences that will increase their luxury experience. Farmer responsibilities contain participation in farm daily activities. Such activities include but are not limited to maintaining the greenhouse hoop house and preparing the ground and installing irrigation and maintenance seeding, weeding transplanting, harvesting, and processing packaging. This position will also include steward representative of gracies farm for lodge guests during visitor programmed experience

Specific Skills

• Support field operations include bed prep and soil, cultivation, planting, and harvest processing
• Help and maintain greenhouse hoop house watering and cleaning material storage
• Ensure that the spraying plan and perform consistently on schedule on a routine basis
• Maintain the landscape of the ground farm to be inviting a beautiful space
• Be involved use the livestock in the animal process of enhancing the soil
• Participate in the processing in the procedure barn
• Maintenance with helping tools and material
• Support and set farm stand and CSA pickup
• We will be available in participating the guest experience
• Providing support staff with regard to farm property
• Participate and set up execution farm activities
• Perform other duties as assigned around the ranch farm
